WOKE ALERT: YETI

Yeti has gone full woke, prioritizing support for gender ideology programming for kids and DEI requirements at the company.

Yeti partnered with organizations pushing gender ideology like SheJumps, which promotes “inclusive” outdoor activities for kids as young as six and facilitates boy’s participation in girls’ sports.

Yeti also sponsors Skate Like a Girl, which hosts overnight youth camps targeted at girls interested in skating but allows boys to participate and spend the night with the girl campers.

Skate Like a Girl also hosts a “global gathering of women and trans skaters” and seeks to promote “social justice through skateboarding.”

Yeti also forces woke indoctrination on employees, requiring DEI to be injected into every part of the company.

Yeti’s commitment to DEI starts with the hiring process, openly pledging to staff the company based on gender and racial diversity. The flip side of that means that Yeti must exclude some individuals based solely on their race or gender. The Yeti 2022 ESG report states: “Through a cross-organizational effort, we are building key resources to help all recruiters and hiring managers at YETI to integrate equity and inclusion into every part of the hiring process, from crafting job descriptions through applicant review and employment offers.” Additionally, once hired, employees are propagandized by a far-left training series on unconscious bias.

Yeti has been tracking their “progress” in DEI in the 2023 and 2024 ESG Reports, bragging that its exclusionary policies resulted in an increase in the racial and ethnic diversity of their U.S.-based employees at leadership levels and below the director level to 17% and 35%, compared to its 2020 baselines of 14% and 32%.
