Children book publisher Puffin Books hired “sensitivity readers.”

Recently, Puffin Books hired sensitivity readers to rewrite some parts of the Roald Dahl books to make them more politically correct and remove references to gender.
Examples of these woke changes include not calling Augustus Gloop, a character from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, “fat” and making the Oompa Loompas gender neutral.
These woke changes also remove references to the colors “black” and “white.” For example, in The Big Friendly Giant (The BFG), The BFG no longer wears a “black” cloak
