Best Buy and Liberty Mutual exclude white people from participating in “management training programs”
The electronics retailer and insurance giant prioritized race above merit for leadership advancement in the name of “racial justice and equality.”

The electronics retailer decided to move their X (formally Twitter) social media profile to “private” after it was exposed for pushing the discriminatory training program and receiving major public backlash. Their management training program applications stated applicants must “identify as Black, Latino, Hispanic, Asian or Pacific Islander.”

Liberty Mutual
According to an email leaked on the social media platform X (formally Twitter), Liberty Mutual partnered with the same employee development program called the Connected Leaders Academy, in which only non-white employees interested in management can be trained. Participants in the program must be “Asian, Black, or Hispanic/Latinx.”
