Kellanova (formerly Kellogg’s) has gone full woke with its radical policies.
Kellanova has deeply entrenched itself in radical net zero and DEI initiatives. These left-wing political agendas are prevalent throughout the company and includes gender and race hiring quotas, bizarre campaigns spotlighting drag queens, and out-of-touch climate goals.

Kellanova, which owns popular brands like Pringles, Cheez-It, Pop-Tarts, and Corn Flakes has incorporated DEI into all of its employee metrics, with a stated goal of 50/50 gender parity at the management level and 25% “People of Color” in the United States and globally by the end of 2025.

DEI has also seeped into the hiring process. On the company’s featured job postings, DEI is highlighted as a core focus for the company and potential employees.

Kellanova also provides Business Employee Resource Groups to “create an environment of inclusion and belonging” by, ironically, dividing people into subcategories based on race, gender, and sexual preference. These groups include Gender Equity, which vilifies meritocracy, Hola!, to uplift the “Latinx” community, KAARG, to elevate “Black excellence”, and Proud, to raise LGBTQ+ voices.

In its recent Corporate Responsibility “Better Days” campaign, the company insinuates its effort to feed the hungry are on the same level as its DEI and Net Zero commitments.

In a letter, Kris Bahner, Senior Vice President, Chief Global Corporate Affairs said that Kellanova is committing to “equity, diversity and inclusion in our own workforce.”
She also highlights Kellanova’s commitment to net zero policies stating that “Kellanova commits to reach net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across the value chain by 2050… to play their part in combating the climate crisis.”

In addition to injecting DEI and climate policies into all aspects of the company, Kellanova featured drag queen RuPaul on Cheez-It boxes, a snack favored by many kids, as part of Cheez-It’s celebration of 30 years of reality TV.
