Clark Ruper

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Clark Ruper is the Director of Operations and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations. He brings 15 years of experience scaling non-profits and building infrastructure to maximize impact. Clark started out in student organizing at the University of Michigan and then as a Student Programs Associate at the Mackinac Center for Public Policy. In 2009 he was hired as the first employee at the startup Students For Liberty. In six years as Vice President, he oversaw the organization’s growth from one employee organizing one conference with a $100,000 budget to 35 employees on every inhabited continent hosting 100+ events per year with a $3.5m budget. In 2015 he joined Atlas Network as Director of Development, raising funds in the United States to help intellectual entrepreneurs start pro-liberty think tanks abroad. In 2018 he joined Conscious Capitalism, Inc. as COO and led its growth by creating new chapters, planning regional conference in the United States, Europe, Latin America and launching an annual membership program. He resides in Detroit, Michigan, with his wife Greta and daughter Sofia.
