WOKE ALERT: T-MOBILE

T-MOBILE

Telecom giant T-Mobile is brazenly woke and touts its funding of LGBTQ kids programming and DEI practices.

T-Mobile is a supporter of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) and the sole sponsor of the “Time to THRIVE” summit. This summit aims to normalize gender ideology in kids, states they want kids to “THRIVE” being LGBTQ.

The agenda focused on woke programming, including a “land acknowledgment” from a member of the Tribal Youth Resource Center, presentations on “Inclusive & Affirming Sex Education for LGBTQ+ Youth,” “Inclusive Restrooms: Making Universal Design a Tool for Solidarity,” and “Creating LGBTQ+ Inclusive Youth Mentoring Spaces.”

T-Mobile is no stranger to woke policies. In 2020, T-Mobile launched Equity in Action with 54 DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) promises. T-Mobile bragged that they have fulfilled 80% of those promises and that nearly half of all new hires in 2023 “identified as female” and nearly 70% “identified as belonging to at least one underrepresented racial or ethnic group.”

They even brought employees together for virtual events, including a “poignant, emotionally intimate virtual vigil for George Floyd and other victims of police violence.” T-Mobile also launched a video titled “Pride and Racial Justice” which called for customers and employees to use their “Pride” for the “global revolution for racial justice.”

In the 2023 Corporate Responsibility Report, the telecom company stated “DE&I [Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion] is embedded in everything we do at T-Mobile — it’s in our cultural DNA.”
