In an attempt to prevent Americans from making legal gun purchases, Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase forced Intuit, the financial company that owns the accounting software Quickbooks, to prohibit the use of its payroll and credit card processing services by gun manufacturers and sellers. This ploy is a direct assault on Americans’ Second Amendment rights.

When Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) opened an oversight investigation into Intuit, the company reversed its policy of banning gun manufacturers and sellers from using its Quickbooks software for payroll and payment processing and blamed Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase for insisting on the ban.

JPMorgan Chase admitted that it pressured Intuit into banning gun sellers from using the financial software Quickbooks, so Americans would not be able to legally acquire guns.

Bank of America has denied forcing similar bans, but Intuit insists that the woke megabank specifically required the company to prohibit gun manufacturers from using its QuickBooks product so guns could not be sold.
