YouTube Struggles to Gain Back Advertisers, But Video Producers Are the Biggest Losers (Podcast)

An NPR podcast recently reported that after ads from large brands were featured before “extremist and anti-Semitic videos” on YouTube, many companies pulled their ads from the video sharing platform. However, the biggest losers in the situation are the video producers whose earnings have “taken a huge nosedive” and have had their content removed due to the newly implemented algorithm for identifying inappropriate or hateful content.
