Judges Will Hear Lawsuit To Abolish Philadelphia’s Sugar Tax (Podcast)

Last year, the Philadelphia city council voted to impose a tax on sweetened drinks. Advocates for the American Beverage Association and the Pennsylvania Food Merchants Association are fighting back against the tax which has put an economic strain on small businesses and soda distributors in Philadelphia.
