Introduction to U.S. Government Exporting Services for Tech-Industry Startups

The series will feature the portfolio of solutions and services available through the U.S. International Trade Administration to assist startups and entrepreneurs in reaching market opportunities abroad.


Presenter Bio:

Cary Ingram

Cary Ingram is a senior international trade specialist and industry analyst on the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Industry with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration (ITA).  Ingram consults U.S. multinational companies and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) on international market development strategies, and advises senior U.S. government officials on international economic and trade policies that impact the global ICT industry. He is a leading expert within ITA on technology startup and early-stage companies, and directs a new initiative to develop customized export assistance and business development solutions for startups and entrepreneurs in global markets.

Prior to his work at ITA, he worked as a corporate strategy analyst for companies in the consumer goods and financial services industries, and served as a consultant to the United Nations Executive Office of the Secretary General on promoting sustainable business practices and corporate social responsibility.
